In pve the only real "duo" is the support duo of FB and renegade, any 2 dps will do well together. In pvp the best duos are ones that can jump on a target and burst them down. Holo + power rev or daredevil are probably the best. PvP: Any duelist + thief, Any teamfighter + supp tempest.
